Melon and Prawn Salad recipe
Ingredients:
¾ cup of mayonnaise.
¾ cup of sour cream.
¼ cup of minced mango chutney.
¼ cup of freshly squeezed lime juice.
4 teaspoons of curry powder.
2 medium cantaloupe melons.
1 large honeydew melon.
1 lb of cooked prawns, shelled.
Preparation Instructions:
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, mango chutney, lime juice and curry powder. Chill.
Peel and seed the melons.
Cut the melons into slices.
Add the prawns and melon slices to the mayonnaise mixture and gently toss.
